Dartmouth College – Art Centers & the Big Green
Touring New England's Ivy League Campuses
Explore the Dartmouth College Campus
One of the original Colonial Colleges, Dartmouth College is set in New Hampshire’s Upper Valley in the city of Hanover. The smallest institute of the Ivy League schools, Dartmouth has been a staple of the New England campus collection since 1769.
Dartmouth has more than 40 varsity teams known as Big Green. Aside from games at Memorial Field or Leede Arena, Dartmouth features a number of other activities for visitors and students.
Dubbed the Hop, the Hopkins Center for the Arts offers 900 seats facing everything from plays and screenings to art shows and lectures. Neighboring the Hop is the Hood Museum of Art – a great way to spend the afternoon thanks to the Perugino collection and the Courtyard Café.
